Who processes the data

What data we collect

• From employers: company name, contact person, phone, email, industry, number of workers, location and request details.
• From candidates: name, country, WhatsApp number, email, trade, experience, passport information and anything you write in the comments.
• Technical data: country based on IP address, the page the request was sent from.

Why we process it

To reply to your request, match candidates with vacancies and prepare employment documents. The legal basis is your consent given when submitting the form, under Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection.

Who we share data with

• Candidate data — with Moldovan employers interested in the candidate, for employment purposes only.
• Public authorities (IGM and others) — only when needed for residence and work documents.
• Technical providers: website hosting (Cloudflare) and the messaging service through which we receive requests (Telegram).

We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Up to 2 years after the last contact or until you withdraw consent, unless the law requires longer storage (for example, for employment documents).

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction or deletion, object to processing and withdraw your consent. Write to office@foreignworkers.md. You may file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection.
